I'm a freelance journalist and editor specialising in health, wellbeing, relationships and travel. My work explores everything from women's health and digital detoxes to divorce and Scottish food tours. I write to find the human stories behind the headlines, dig deeper into society's collective psyche and - on a lighter note - celebrate beautiful parts of the world.

Alongside journalism, I've worked in editorial and brand strategy for publishers and mission-driven businesses, developing my creative storytelling and SEO writing skills.

 

Away from my desk, you'll find me outdoors - running, exploring nearby parks or on a forest school adventure with my one-year-old.
